In Shamrock, Texas... Crime PAYS!!! Big time!!!

The actual Loan Agreement that David Rushing has LIED about to so many people (including several courts and juries) for so terribly long.

This single document proves absolutely, conclusively and without doubt that Shamrock's "Golden Wonder Boy" lacks the basic skills of a modern third grader! Can ANYONE find a line in this actual copy of the Jersey Boy's loan agreement with David Rushing that entitles him to take the station's receivables (what Mr. Hammond is accused of "stealing) as security (collateral) for the loan? Mr. Rushing has lied to numerous courts on numerous occasions that this agreement entitles him to just exactly that but, NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN ABLE TO FIND THESE ITEMS LISTED AS SECURITY FOR ANY LOAN IN THE DOCUMENTATION! (This "entitlement" cannot be located within the documentation even by Mr. Rushing! But, as he "meant to include it and probably forgot", the DA and the courts seems to feel "somewhat sympathetic" for his fraudulent claims and leans in the favor of ignorance and stupidity...) Take a look at the actual loan agreement between Shamrock Broadcasting of Texas, Inc. and Shamrock Economic Development Corp. and tell us where the document specifies the radio station receivables are pledged to David Rushing, or to anyone, for that matter.

Hint: The receivables are not even mentioned in the agreement! Of course, good old David has lied on many numerous occasions, while under oath, by testifying that "The loan agreement gave SEDC the rights to the receivables and so forth and so on" when, in fact, there never was any mention of anything to that effect. (David has committed perjury but, a prosecutor - Lynn Switzer - and a court has to CARE about that in order to make anything happen to correct the issues.)

Interestingly enough, in court transcripts, Rushing claims to have personally drawn up the loan agreement that does NOT specify the radio stations receivables as collateral. Perhaps he's suffering from a slight case of "selective memory lapse" in his sworn (and perjured) testimony...
